Picflow uses role-based access control to manage what a user can access or do. Roles are defined at the team and gallery level and some user roles may require a paid plan.
Team Roles
Owner
Has all admin rights and they will be our primary contact for administrative communication. Each team can have only one owner.Admin
Can manage all settings including billing and add or remove team members.Member
Can manage galleries and update branding but canβt access any billing settings or manage people.
Gallery Roles
Guest
Can access individual galleries that are shared with them. Guests who are invited to more than 4 galleries from the same team are charged as regular members.Reviewer
Visitors which have accessed the gallery through a review link and have identified themselves can leave feedback but can't upload or delete images.Visitor
Unidentified visitors which have accessed the galleries through a View-Only Link. Visitors with access through a Review Link can choose to identify themselves and become a Reviewer and start to leave feedback.

Billing: Change plan and update credit card information
People: Add or remove team members and change permissions
Storage: Add or remove storage options and optimize storage
Branding: Update brand settings like company logo, contact info and themes
Galleries: Create or delete galleries within a workspace and update settings
Upload: Upload images to a gallery, guests need to be invited to a gallery
Download: Permission to download images from a gallery
Review: Permission to review images through a share link
View: Permission to view a gallery through a share link
