Reward Details
The referral program is "two-sided", meaning both you and your friend will receive a reward and benefit.
Your Referral Reward
Receive a 25% commission on all payments made by your friend after they accept your invitation – for an entire year. This applies to any changes they make, such as upgrading their plan or adding team members.
Your Friend's Benefit
Upon accepting your invitation and upgrading to a paid plan, your friend can benefit from a 25% discount on their first invoice.
Track Earnings
You can track the status of your referrals on the Rewards Page. As soon as a person signs up through your personal link, that person will show up on your referral list.
Accepted: Your friend accepted your invitation and created an account.
Active: Your friend upgraded, and you're receiving rewards.
Completed: You've collected all rewards during the annual referral period.
Expired: Your friend never upgraded after accepting the invitation.

The type of your referral significantly impacts your reward. For a single Picflow Pro customer, you'll receive $60. If you invite a team with 20 members, your reward will multiply, and you can earn up to $1,200 for the invite. You can use the calculator to estimate your rewards on the Rewards Page.
Please note that the rewards may differ depending on billing cycles or if they change their subscriptions during the year.
FAQs
Who can I refer?
Everyone new to Picflow is welcome. You can earn rewards by inviting a single freelancer or a large agency. Self-referrals or people with an existing account are not allowed. Read more about this in our Referral Program Terms.
When do I get my reward?
After the person you referred upgrades to a paid plan, we’ll apply your reward directly to your Picflow account. Please note that it usually takes a week for your friend's trial to end successfully.
How much can I earn?
For a single Picflow Pro customer, you'll receive $60. If you invite a team with 20 members, your reward will multiply, and you can earn up to $1,200. Use the calculator to estimate your rewards on the Rewards Page.
How many referrals can I make?
There is no limit to the number of people you can invite. However, some restrictions are listed in our Referral Program Terms.
Does the referral expire?
As soon as your friend creates a Picflow account, the annual referral period starts. You will receive rewards for all payments made during this period.
Can I get my credits paid out?
If your total referral credits exceed $250, you are eligible to request a cash payout. To do this, please start a support chat, and we'll guide you through the process. If you have a large audience, you can apply to become an affiliate: Picflow Affiliate Program
