These Referral Program Terms (“Program Terms”) govern Picflow’s “Refer a Friend” referral program (the “Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Program Terms.
These Program Terms supplement Picflow’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict, these Program Terms control for the Program only.
1. Eligibility
The Program is open to Picflow users in good standing. You may only refer individuals who have never had a Picflow account and who have never been invited to Picflow before. Employees of Picflow, contractors, and their respective affiliates are not eligible to participate in the Program.
2. How the Program works
Program details (including how to share your referral link and how credits are applied) are described on the Referral Site. Picflow may require that the Referee completes certain steps (for example, creating an account and completing a paid purchase) before any Referral Credits are issued.
3. Credit rewards
The Referral Credit amounts and conditions may change from time to time and will be set forth on the Referral Site. The applicable Referral Credit is the value displayed on the Referral Site at the time the referral invitation is sent (or, if specified on the Referral Site, at the time the Referee completes the qualifying action).
4. Restrictions
The following is a non-exhaustive list of activities that are not permitted and that will disqualify Referrers and Referees from earning credits through the Program:
Self-referral
Making purchases on behalf of another or under an account that is not yours
Creating fake accounts, blogs, web pages, profiles, websites, links, or messages
Bulk email distribution, submission or distribution to strangers, or any other promotion that would constitute or appear to constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam”
Paid advertising and bidding on any keywords for the purpose of generating traffic directly to your referral link
Placement of our logos or mention of our trademarks or trade names in any ad text, extensions, or banner ads
Misleading or attempting to mislead anyone in connection with the Program, including misrepresenting your relationship with us or posing as our representative in an official capacity
Taking any action or making any content that is disparaging or defamatory to us
Multiple accounts created with the same name, address, email address or other identifying feature may be flagged as fraudulent referrals
Referral Credits are not valid for cash or cash equivalents, are not transferable, and cannot be applied to prior purchases unless explicitly stated on the Referral Site. No exchange of value for a Program invitation or any Referral Credit (whether cash, product, or barter) is allowed.
Referral Credits cannot be combined with other discount codes unless explicitly stated. Referees may only earn one Referral Credit per referred person. If a Referee receives a refund or chargeback for a purchase relating to the Program, the associated Referral Credit awarded to the Referrer may be rescinded.
The amount of Referral Credits you may receive and the time period in which you may earn Referral Credits are subject to limitations described on the Referral Site.
5. Reservation of rights
We reserve the right to withhold, deny, or cancel any Referral Credits and/or terminate your account if we deem any Referral Credit or Program participation fraudulent, abusive, unethical, suspicious, or otherwise inconsistent with these Program Terms, the Terms of Service, or applicable law.
6. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, and other liabilities arising from receipt or use of Referral Credits.
7. Changes and termination
We may suspend or terminate the Program, or change these Program Terms, at any time and for any reason in our sole discretion. Changes are effective when posted on the Referral Site (or as otherwise stated).
8. Governing terms
The governing law, venue, and dispute resolution provisions in the Terms of Service apply to these Program Terms.
9. Definitions
“Picflow”, “we”, “us”, or “Company” means Nusign AG (dba Picflow).
“Referrer” means an eligible Picflow user who shares a referral invitation/link.
“Referee” means a new user who signs up using a Referrer’s invitation/link.
“Referral Credit(s)” means the promotional credit (if any) issued under this Program.
“Referral Site” means the Picflow webpage or in-product page describing the Program and the then-current rewards.
