1. Program Overview
The affiliate program lets you earn commissions by promoting Picflow to your audience. When someone upgrades through your unique affiliate link, you get paid. We might update the program, commission rates, or terms from time to time. We'll let you know about changes as described in Section 11.
2. Eligibility and Enrollment
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for the Program, you must:
Own and operate an active website, blog or social media presence
Have an established audience and regularly create original content
Not be an employee or contractor of Picflow or its subsidiaries
2.2 Application Process
Applications are submitted through Picflow's website or designated application portal
Picflow reviews applications manually and typically processes them within three business days
Picflow may re-evaluate eligibility at any time
3. Promoting Picflow
3.1 How to Promote
Use the affiliate link we provide (it includes your unique ID). Share it on your website, email newsletters, social media, blog posts, articles, videos, or any other content you create.
Promote Picflow professionally and ethically.
Follow our brand guidelines when using logos or materials.
You're responsible for your own website and content.
3.2 What's Not Allowed
Misleading content: Anything misleading, defamatory, illegal, or offensive.
Spam: Unsolicited bulk messages without opt-in consent.
Fraud: Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, self-referrals, fake accounts.
Unauthorized ads: Pop-ups, PPC campaigns using Picflow keywords, domain masking.
Incentivized sales: Offering incentives without prior approval.
Account transfers: Selling your affiliate account without permission.
Sub-affiliates: Using third parties to generate traffic without approval.
Competing products: Promoting direct competitors.
4. Tracking and Attribution
4.1 How We Track Referrals
We track referrals through your unique affiliate links. When someone clicks your link, we set a cookie in their browser so we know they came from you.
4.2 Cookie Window
Tracking cookies remain active for 90 days from the date of the click. If a visitor clicks your affiliate link and creates a Picflow account within the cookie window, the account will be attributed to you.
4.3 Attribution Model
Picflow uses a last-click and sign up-based attribution model:
Before sign up: Last-click attribution applies. If a visitor clicks multiple affiliate links, credit goes to the affiliate whose link was clicked most recently.
At sign up: When a customer creates a Picflow account, the account is permanently locked to the affiliate whose link was most recently clicked.
After sign up: Attribution cannot change. Once an account is created, it remains attributed to that affiliate even if the customer clicks other affiliate links later.
4.4 Commission Eligibility
A commission is earned when:
A visitor clicks your affiliate link.
The account converts to a paid subscription.
The subscription payment is successful.
Commissions are not earned on:
Free trials that do not convert to paid subscriptions.
Refunded or chargeback transactions (see Section 5.4).
Self-referrals or fraudulent referrals.
4.4 Enterprise Accounts
Enterprise referrals can be made through any channel (affiliate link, email, introduction, direct connection, etc.).
The key requirement is that you introduced and onboarded the client to Picflow.
Picflow must determine that no sales activity was required from Picflow's sales team to close the deal.
You notify Picflow of the Enterprise referral before or at the time the customer signs up, so attribution can be properly recorded.

Keep commission rates, program analytics, and agreement details private - unless required by law or shared with team members who'll also keep it confidential.
9. Ending the Partnership
This agreement runs until either of us ends it with 30 days' notice. We can end it immediately if you break the rules, do something fraudulent, or harm our brand. When it ends, you'll get commissions for customers who signed up while active (if they meet the $200 minimum) - unless we terminated you for breaking the rules.

We may update these terms and will notify you of important changes. If you don't agree, you can end the partnership. Continuing to participate means you accept the changes.
