Cookie Policy

How Picflow uses cookies, analytics, and advertising pixels on our websites and apps.

Updated this week

This Cookie Policy explains how Picflow uses cookies and tracking pixels on our websites and in our application, and how you can control them. This policy applies to Picflow’s websites and application (together, the “Platform”).

TLDR

  • We use cookies for essential functionality, analytics, and marketing measurement.

  • Some technologies are set by third parties (e.g., Google and Meta).

  • You can limit cookies in your browser and via provider opt-out tools.

What is a Cookie?

Cookies are small data files placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website, mobile app or use an online product. Cookies are widely used to facilitate and help make the interaction between users and websites, mobile apps and online products faster and easier and provide reporting information.

We use two types of cookies on our Platform: cookies set by Picflow are called first-party cookies, and cookies set by parties other than Picflow are called third-party cookies. You can find out more about each cookie by viewing our current cookie list below.

We may also collect information using web beacons (also known as “tracking pixels”). Web beacons are electronic images that may be used in our Platform or notifications and help deliver cookies, count visits, understand usage and campaign effectiveness and determine whether a notification has been opened and acted upon. For general cookie guidance, see All About Cookies.

Cookies we use

We use cookies for multiple reasons:

  • Essential cookies: are required for the technical operations of the Platform and to use its features.

  • Performance and functional cookies: enhance performance and functionality but are non-essential. Without these cookies, certain functionality may become unavailable.

  • Analytics cookies: help us understand how the Platform is used and how effective our marketing campaigns are.

  • Advertising cookies: are used to measure our marketing and improve ad targeting on third-party platforms (e.g., Google or Meta). Picflow does not show third-party ads on its own sites or in the app.

Your choices

You can control cookies and similar technologies in a few ways:

How to Disable Cookies

You can change your browser settings to control what cookies the browser stores. If you disable cookies, you may still use the Platform, but your ability to use some features or areas may be limited. In addition, specific third-party advertising networks permit users to opt out or customise cookie preferences. Check the list above to see which providers allow you to do that.

Updating this Policy

We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on the policy. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your agreement to be bound by such changes to this policy. If you do not accept the terms of this policy, please discontinue use of the Platform.
