If you’ve decided to permanently close your account, follow the steps below. Before you do, consider whether switching to the Free plan might be enough (see below).
Permanently Delete Your Account
⚠️ This deletes all data forever and cannot be undone.
Go to Profile Settings (Click here)
Scroll down to the Danger Zone
Click Delete Account
Complete the confirmation form
You will be logged out and your account will be permanently deleted. It might take a few days to fully propagate through all our systems.
Switch to the Free Plan
If you’re using less than 2 GB of storage, you can downgrade to the Free plan instead of deleting your account.
No charges going forward
Your data stays intact
