Video Limits
Picflow is intended for regular creative collaboration and feedback workflows. Uploading a large volume of videos, especially when done repeatedly or when deleting videos immediately after upload to circumvent storage limits, is not allowed. If your usage of video processing exceeds typical levels, we may limit or suspend this feature for your account.
Bandwidth & Streaming
Excessive online bandwidth usage may be restricted, such as streaming videos to an unusually high number of viewers or sharing Projects that generate over 100,000 requests per day. Picflow is designed for collaborative feedback within reasonable usage limits. For excessive or public-facing streaming needs, please contact us for tailored solutions.
Account Sharing
Picflow subscriptions are intended for individual or organization-specific use. Sharing your subscription with individuals outside your organization or enabling external parties to use your account regularly is prohibited. If you need to collaborate with external partners, we offer features to invite guests within fair use limits.
Guest Misuse
Our free guest model is very generous. Systematically adding employees as guests to avoid additional membership costs violates this policy. Please ensure employees are added as team members rather than guests.
Enforcement
If we detect behaviour that violates this Fair Use Policy, we may limit access to specific features, suspend your account, or reach out to discuss options better suited to your needs.
