Track your gallery performance with Google Analytics

With Google Analytics integrated into Picflow, you can monitor how visitors engage with your galleries. See where your audience comes from, what content performs best, and how engagement changes over time. All from your Google Analytics dashboard.

Connecting Google Analytics to Picflow

You can link your Google Analytics property directly from your Integrations settings in Picflow. Once connected, Picflow automatically includes your Analytics tracking code in all public galleries and your profile page.

How to set up:

  1. Locate Google Analytics under “Analytics & Tracking.”

  2. Enter your Measurement ID (e.g. G-XXXXXXXXXX).

  3. Save your changes.

  4. Verify that data is appearing in your Google Analytics dashboard.

💡 Picflow currently supports Google Analytics 4 (GA4) properties.

What You Can Track

Once connected, Google Analytics automatically collects engagement data from your galleries and profile. This can include:

  • Visitor count and unique sessions – understand how many people view your work.

  • Traffic sources – learn where your visitors are coming from.

  • Engagement time – measure how long visitors spend exploring your galleries.

  • Popular galleries – identify which galleries attract the most views.

  • Device and location insights – see how visitors access your content.

These insights help you make informed decisions about your portfolio and marketing strategy.

Best Practices

  • Use UTM parameters on shared gallery links to track campaigns in detail.

  • Review your metrics regularly to optimize your presentation and outreach.

If you’re new to GA4, see Google’s Analytics setup guide.
