How to enable 2FA for your account

  1. Download an authenticator app on your mobile device (e.g.,Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, and Authy).

  2. Go to Account Settings β†’ Profile

  3. Scroll to the Account Access section and click Enable 2FA.

  4. Scan the QR code using your preferred authenticator app.

  5. The authenticator app will generate a 6-digit verification code. Enter this code in Picflow and click Verify code.

  6. Picflow will provide recovery codes in case you lose access to your authenticator app. Click Copy Codes and store them securely.

  7. To confirm you've recorded the code, click Ok to complete the process.

Enforced 2FA

Available for: Enterprise Plan
Required role: Owner and Admin

Workspace administrators can enforce 2FA for all workspace members and external collaborators to protect content from unauthorized access.

How to enforce 2FA for all users

  1. Make sure you have 2FA enabled on your account.

  2. Go to Company Settings β†’ Security

  3. Toggle on Enforce 2FA

Important to know

  • For companies with an active SSO connection, Enforced 2FA specifically includes external collaborators who are invited as guests to Picflow projects.

  • If an external collaborator from another enterprise organization already authenticates using SSO, they will continue accessing Picflow using SSO.
