Create a Gallery
You can create new Picflow galleries directly in Lightroom. To create a new gallery, "right-click" on the Picflow Publish Service and select "Create Gallery...". A dialog shows up where you can type the gallery name.
Add Media to a Gallery
Once the gallery is created, you can "Drag & Drop" media from your Lightroom Catalog on that gallery. You can keep adding and removing media until you're ready to upload.
Uploading to Picflow
Select the Gallery you wish to upload, and click "Publish" to start the uploading process. There are two "Publish" buttons, one on the bottom left, close to the Publish Service and another one on the top right.
Updating Changes
When you make edits to already uploaded (published) images, Lightroom recognizes these changes and will mark these images for republishing. You can see those photos in the "Modified Photos to Re-Publish" section. Click "Publish" on the top right or on the bottom left to start uploading those images to Picflow.
Note: When uploading changes, Picflow will create a new version of that image and keep the old one in the version history.
