Link your domain to Picflow in a few quick steps. Follow the instructions below to set up and test your domain name. You'll need to do this on the DNS control panel wherever you originally bought your domain name.
Connecting a Subdomain
1. Enter Subdomain
In Picflow, go to your Workspace Settings page and enter your desired subdomain (e.g., gallery.yourwebsite.com), then click continue.
2. Configure the Domain
Login to your domain registrar (wherever you initially registered your domain name) and access the DNS settings to add the records shown in the process.
3. Test Connection
Click on "Verify & Save" to test your connection. Don't worry if the verification does not work straight away. Depending on the registrar, it can take a few minutes or multiple hours.
Connecting a Apex/Root Domain
⚠️ Connect a subdomain if you already have a website.

Login to your domain registrar (wherever you initially registered your domain name) and access the DNS settings to add the records shown in the process.
3. Test Connection
Click on "Verify & Save" to test your connection. Don't worry if the verification does not work straight away. Depending on the registrar, it can take a few minutes or multiple hours.
FAQ
My Registrar doesn't support CNAME records
Some domain registrars, don't allow CNAME records to be created for an apex/root domain. In this case, you can use Cloudflare to manage your DNS:
Create a free Cloudflare account (free plan) and add your domain.
Cloudflare will provide two nameservers.
Log in to your current domain registrar and replace the existing nameservers with the Cloudflare nameservers (NS records).
Once Cloudflare confirms the domain is active, open DNS → Records in Cloudflare.
Add the CNAME record shown in your Picflow custom domain settings. For the root domain, use
@as the record name.
Cloudflare supports CNAME records on apex domains, so no www subdomain is required. Your domain will remain registered with your existing registrar. Cloudflare will only manage its DNS records.
I don't have a Domain
If you have not purchased a domain, we recommend buying one from a 3rd-party domain provider such as CloudFlare or GoDaddy.
