System Requirements
The Picflow macOS app supports macOS 15+ on compatible Apple devices. See Apple’s macOS 15 device list. Please regularly check for app updates to ensure you’re running the latest version.
Desktop Upload
The Uploader in Picflow for macOS gives you desktop-level control over how your assets reach your galleries. You can drag and drop folders or images into the app, and uploads will continue in the background while you keep working.
Key Features:
Upload directly from your macOS desktop.
Sleep prevention to keep active uploads uninterrupted.
Optimized for large transfers and slow connections.
Live Stream
The Picflow Live feature allows you to watch a folder on your Mac and stream new files instantly to Picflow. This is especially powerful for photographers shooting tethered with Capture One or Lightroom. As new images are created, they’re automatically uploaded to the selected Picflow Gallery in real time.
Picflow Live is perfect for Studio sessions where clients or team members want to review shots as they’re taken for remote collaborations.
Capture One Integration
The Picflow macOS app integrates directly with Capture One, allowing you to upload images from your Catalog or Session with just one click. This makes it easy to deliver client previews, get approvals, and manage revisions.

Feedback Sync (Coming Soon)
We’re working on two-way syncing that will bring client feedback back into Capture One, bridging the gap between client review and your editing workflow. Stay tuned for updates as we expand this feature in upcoming releases.
