Resolve Upload Issues

This article helps if you uploads are failing

Updated over a week ago

Although our uploader has been thoroughly tested, some users occasionally encounter difficulties. This page provides options for you to try to resolve the problem.

Identifying the Problem

If you are unable to upload assets, please follow these steps to narrow down the issue:

  • Use a different computer, browser, or mobile device to confirm if the issue is related to your device or network. We suggest using the latest version of Chrome.

  • Use a different network. We suggest using a different network by connecting your laptop with a mobile hotspot.

  • Your network might be behind a proxy or firewall that blocks certain requests. Try disabling the proxy or firewall.

  • If you are using antivirus software, try disabling it. Antiviruses often act like proxies and might block or change certain network requests.

Unblock Requests

If you're using an AntiVirus, Firewall, or Ad Blockers, please whitelist the following domains that Picflow uses for the system to run:

Wi-Fi Connection

Another common issue with file uploads is a bad Wi-Fi connection or a smaller bandwidth offered by your Wi-Fi. This can cause connectivity issues with your server and a failure in large file uploads. Unfortunately, there aren’t many options for bad Wi-Fi connections. You can try moving to a spot with better Wi-Fi reception. Alternatively, you can switch to a wired connection.
