Having trouble uploading assets? This guide helps you identify what’s causing the issue and shows you how to resolve it fast.

Identifying the Problem

If you're unable to upload assets, try the following to narrow down the cause:

  1. Change Browser
Try Chrome or restart your browser if you're using Safari.

  2. Check Filenames
Verify your files do not contain any special characters.

  3. Change Network
Connect to a mobile hotspot to see if that works.

  4. Change Device
Test the upload on a different device, e.g., on your phone.

  5. Unblock Firewalls
Your network might be behind a proxy or corporate firewall.

Common Issues

Safari File Access

Safari is very restrictive and can unexpectedly block access to the file system. When this happens, Safari fails silently and Picflow can’t read your files. If uploads suddenly stop working, try restarting Safari.

Unblock Requests

If you're using an AntiVirus, Firewall, or Ad Blockers, please whitelist the following domains that Picflow uses: picflow.com, picflow.io, and amazonaws.com.

Wi-Fi Connection

Weak Wi-Fi often causes failed uploads, especially with larger files. Move to a spot with better reception or switch to a wired connection.
